The Four-Week Mindful Yoga Series in The Barn Space, Maynooth, invites you to begin the year with a nourishing blend of movement, stillness, and self-awareness. This series integrates the grounding principles of Hatha and Yin Yoga with the gentle focus of mindfulness. Each session encourages you to tune into your body’s sensations, cultivating presence and compassion rather than striving for a “perfect” pose.
Through synchronising breath with strong yet fluid movements, you’ll discover how mindful yoga releases tension, builds strength, and improves flexibility while creating spaciousness in both body and mind. Over the four weeks, this consistent practice can foster inner calm, enhance mental resilience, and support a greater sense of balance in everyday life.
The Barn Space itself enhances the experience — a beautifully restored venue that blends traditional materials with natural light and warmth. The setting provides a peaceful haven where you can slow down, reconnect, and share the practice with like-minded individuals.
To make the most of your practice, please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or shawl for relaxation, and layers of comfortable clothing that allow ease of movement. A small cushion or bolster can also be helpful for seated postures and Yin-style holds. If you have yoga blocks or straps, feel free to bring them, though some props may be available on site.
