Four Week Mindful Yoga Classes in Maynooth @ The Barn Space
Mindful Yoga blends the principles of Hatha and Yin yoga with the practice of mindfulness. This class emphasises cultivating body awareness by tuning into the full range of sensations—physical, emotional, and mental—as the body moves through different postures. The intention is not to achieve a “perfect” pose, but to listen deeply and respond kindly to the body’s signals. By synchronising the breath with strong yet gentle movements, mindful yoga cultivates calm, enhances joint flexibility, and strengthens the body.The Mindful Yoga classes take place in The Barn Space Maynooth which was recently renovated using traditional materials to preserve its character and create a tranquil relaxing zone.
