About the Program

This evidence-informed training equips participants with practical skills to integrate mindful behaviours into the workday.

The Mindfulness in Business Series (MIBS) follows an instructor-led, experiential learning model. Clients are encouraged to commit fully to the process—attending three coaching sessions, reviewing and completing recommended reflections and practices in the Moodle learning platform—to realise the full benefits.

Time Commitment for Best Results
– Three 75 Minute Coaching Sessions ( In person @ The Barn Space or Online)
– Daily Practice: Short mindfulness practices (10+ minutes), both formal and informal.

-Time spent reviewing the Moodle learning module course content at one’s own pace
